Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 10–15 business days after confirmation.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your provided contact details.

  • Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.

Please note that our handmade products — especially camel skin lamps — require proper drying and finishing time. In rare cases, weather conditions or artisan workflow may slightly affect processing timelines.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized items may require additional production time. An estimated completion and dispatch date will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 350 on orders below Rs. 10,000

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 10,000
