At Nayaab Arts, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, authenticity, and quality of our handmade products. Each piece — from our camel skin lamps to traditional Multani art — is carefully created and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist under the following terms:
Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from start to finish.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
How to Request a Return

Record a clear and continuous unboxing video before opening the inner packaging.

Refunds or Replacements
Once your claim is approved, you may choose either:

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
